Structural Liner Trays

Economic Profiles Structural Liner Trays can be used in both roof and wall applications and, spanning long lengths, reduce the requirement for purlins and cladding rails as they lock together for rigidity.

In a wall application they can be fixed vertically or horizontally and accommodate insulation which is laid inside the tray.

The outer skin of Economic Profiles sheet can then be fixed to the trays above a thermal blocker providing the weather skin and giving rigidity to the system - see diagrams.

For roof applications the liner trays are normally laid running ridge to eaves with a top hat section to allow for the fixing of roof sheets. The tray can also be laid rafter to rafter in which situation the sheets are fixed directly to the trays.

The trays are available in steel only in gauges of 0.75/0.88/1.0/1.25mm and in tray depths of 100/120/130/145mm to accomodate the insulation. The standard cover width is 600mm and paint finish is Polyester in colour RAL9002 (White).

Load tables can be supplied on request.
