Fabrications

Each project will have its own individual requirements for both standard and non-standard products. Economic Profiles offer a fabrication facility to meet both the specifiers' and the contractors' design details. All fabrications are available in both steel and aluminium and a range of finishes for all applications.

Gutters
Gutters are supplied to order with outlets, stopends, support brackets and downpipes in a range of finishes from plain mill aluminium to powder coated or Plastisol/Pvf2 finish steel.

Bullnoses
Fabricated in steel and aluminium to design specifications, bullnoses are generally powder coated to give a contrasting colour at the eaves for an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Features such as bullnoses are immediately noticeable on a building so the choice of material and colour, along with good workmanship is critical to achieve the desired effect.

Corners
Profiled sheeting can be used horizontally and corners can be manufactured by mitre cutting and welding to produce continuity around the corner of the building.

Soakers
A soaker is normally required when an opening in a roof is required for pipework for ventilation etc. Soakers can be manufactured to match the profile of the roof and the opening required can be to the specifiers' required size albeit rectangular or round.

Louvres
Louvres may be supplied as working louvres or dummy louvres for effect and can generally be manufactured to size required.

It is essential that detailed drawings are provided to Economic Profiles to ensure correct manufacture. These should show the required shape, dimensions, tolerances, angles, finish etc., and it is the contractors' responsibility to supply these drawings and check the details.
