Composite Panels

The gauges of the inner and outer skins of the composite panels will vary depending on the product selected and whether steel or aluminium is chosen. The insulation core is available as P.U.R., P.I.R., CFC and HCFC free dependent on requirements. Individual data sheets give appropriate information on combinations available, including 'U' values.

A range of fixing details are available from fixing through the panels to secret fix or top hat joints dependent on the profile chosen.

N.B. Any protective film should be removed upon fixing and within 6 weeks of delivery.

Sheet Lengths

Sheet lengths can be 1.8 - 12.00 metres dependent on colour and foam free cutbacks for endlapping are standard. If cutbacks are not required there will be a surcharge.

Side Laps

Fire Rating

Both steel and aluminium outer and inner skins comply with BS476: Part 7 and Class O in accordance with current Building Regulations.
